Jessie is a Cape Town–based film director known for bold visuals and emotionally grounded storytelling. Her work spans narrative, commercials, and branded content, with a focus on performance, cinematic craft, and the small human moments that land.

A SAFTA Award winner with an MFA from Stanford, Jessie’s films have screened at Doc NYC, AFI Docs, MoMA Doc Fortnight, and Visions du Réel, earned Vimeo Staff Picks, and her short film, Drummies, was acquired by The New Yorker.
